Did we evolve from ape-like creatures?
Evolution has been widely accepted among the scientific community as hard fact, and those who question it are called “science-deniers” or some other demeaning title. As Christians, we must stand on God’s Word whenever “man’s word” contradicts it. Evolution, specifically macro-evolution, rejects God’s Word, right at the beginning, in the book of Genesis.
Evolution states that we evolved from animals over millions of years, but God says that He created us unique, in His image, and in only one day, on day 6. This is important when witnessing because if someone denies God’s truth in this area, they'll be tempted to do so in other places.
Whenever science says God is wrong or the culture declares Him to be outdated, remember that God told us in the Bible that He created everything instantly, not over billions of years and God doesn't lie!
